Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes nursing and care staff, life enrichment staff, housekeeping staff, maintenance staff, and other professionals. All staff undergo thorough training, including "on-the-floor" shadowing, educational Relias training videos, continuous monthly training, and monthly staff meetings for additional training. We ensure our team is well-equipped to provide excellent care and service.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We conduct evaluations for all potential residents to create personalized care plans, ensuring 24-hour staff availability for round-the-clock care. Safety checks are performed every 2 hours or as needed, with additional security measures in place during nighttime. Our goal is to maintain a safe and responsive environment for all residents.

Transition Support Services

We are implementing a Resident Ambassador program to aid new residents' transition into the community. This includes informal welcome efforts, shared meals, and activities to foster connections based on similar interests. Our Life Enrichment staff and Executive Director monitor and support new residents' acclimation.

Short-term or Respite Stays

While we offer respite stays, availability is limited due to high occupancy. Rates are $225 per day for assisted living and $325 for memory care.
