Short-Term and Respite Care

For those in need of temporary assistance, we offer short-term and respite care services with a minimum stay of 14 days. This option provides flexibility for both residents and their families during times when extra care is needed.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is designed to resemble a restaurant, with open dining hours from 7 AM to 7 PM. Residents can enjoy their meals at any time within this window, providing them with the freedom to dine at their convenience. We also cater to dietary preferences, including meatless options, to ensure all residents can enjoy delicious and nutritious meals.

Staff and Medical Support

Our dedicated staff includes a nurse available from 7 AM to 11 PM and resident assistants who are present around the clock. Additionally, a third-party nurse practitioner group services our community, offering residents access to medical care without leaving the comfort of Cedarhurst. We also host vaccine clinics throughout the year for the convenience of our residents.

Safety Measures

Safety is a top priority at Cedarhurst. Each apartment is equipped with a minimum of two call lights, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. For added security, we offer pendants, although this comes with an additional cost and requires resident consent.

Transportation Services

To facilitate mobility and independence, Cedarhurst provides transportation services with a bus and a vehicle available for trips to doctor's appointments, shopping, and other outings.

Addressing Concerns and Complaints
