No Wait List and Recent Achievements

No we don’t currently have a wait list but we have been moving about 8-10 residents in a month for the last 4 months.

We just ranked an “A” throughout our whole community. Independent living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care with the state of Nevada.

Pricing and Apartment Options

As for pricing. We have 11 different apartment styles in Independent Living, 7 different apartment styles in Assisted living, and 4 different options in our memory care. The pricing can get a little confusing without knowing a bit more of what you are looking for.

Independent living, are you interested in a 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom or 2 bathrooms, 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom or 2 bathrooms. Our sqft ranges from 656-1296 in Independent.

Assisted Living, are you looking for a studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. Would this be for a single occupancy or a double occupancy?

Professionals on Staff

Starting from the top:

We have an Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, Wellness Director, Business Office Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, Plant Operations Director, Dietary Director, 2 community Relations Director, Dining room manager, 3 Nurses (continued educations), 18-Med-techs (continued educations), 22-caregivers (continued educations), 6-Housekeepers, 1-landscaper, 22-Restaurant servers, 7-concierge. All of our staff are continually trained to work with seniors, CPR, and other required senior care training.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have activities tailored for the residents' interests, hobbies, requests, and needs for all levels.

Independent living we have a call button in the bathroom that we ask for our residents to push when waking up, if they do not we call their phone if they don’t answer we go to their apartment to check on them.

Assisted living we tailor their care plan based specifically on the residents' needs.

Memory care we provide a secure lodge that has a higher caregiver/resident ratio, tailored care plans.

Transition Support Services

Independent living we have residents that welcome new residents and when dining in the restaurants we try to pair our new residents with current residents so they can get to know their neighbors. We also deliver a daily activity schedule and menu to their apartment every morning.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation to some medical buildings for appointments, during specific days. They will need to find out what day and schedule their appointments during that time. We also take them shopping and to outings. If there is a specific activity they would like to do they can talk to other residents and if they can get 3 or more to join them we will put it on the schedule.

Dining Experience

Our dining is Restaurant style dining. I have included the menus as an example of what we offer.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

They would start with the Concierge and they will direct them to the appropriate person that can help them with their concern.

Communication with Residents' Families

That is decided on a case by case. They have a right for privacy. If they provide us with an emergency contact, then we can reach out to them when something occurs. It also depends on where they are living and if we have received copies of POA’s. We comply with HIPAA regulations.

Respite Stays, Pet Policy, and Vaccinations

We do offer respite stays. It is a min. of 14 days and we charge $300 a day for Assisted living or Memory care.
