Overview of Staff Professionals and Training

All staff receive state-mandated training for their departments, such as CPR, HIPPA, and FEMA training. Additionally, there are various other training programs that vary by department. If you are curious about a specific type of training, please let us know!

Safety and Well-Being Measures for Residents

One unique aspect of our community is that, being on the smaller side, we get to know everyone on a personal level. If we detect anything out of the ordinary, we contact the family and respond early. All residents have pendants to use in case of an emergency or if they have a need.

Support Services for Transition

The first 30 days are always the most important. We have resident ambassadors who take it up a notch by helping new residents acclimate and taking them under their wing.

Transportation Services

Every Tuesday and Thursday, our community bus takes residents to appointments. We also make fun trips to the store, country drives, and other destinations throughout the week.

Dining Experience

Our chefs create a unique menu that you would have to experience to appreciate. We also offer an optional menu anytime you don't want one of the listed menu items—you can get a burger, sandwich, or salad grilled for you.

Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues

Our executive director is very connected to the community and will address all concerns personally. We also hold a monthly Town Hall for residents to gather with the Executive Director to express their concerns.

Cost of Living

Costs are based on various factors, including room type and care level.

Communication Policy with Resident's Families

We create a custom care plan for every resident as each person is different. Any concerns, falls, or medical emergencies are immediately communicated to the family.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We do offer short-term or respite stays at $175 daily, plus the care level determined from our nurse's evaluation.

Pet-Friendly Community

We allow pets.

Waitlist Information

We currently have a waitlist only for Medicaid rooms; other rooms are available.

Vaccination Availability

Yes, residents can receive COVID-19 and flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place

We offer up to level 6 care. We also have a memory care sister community residents can transition to if needed.
