Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

Yes, we have a waitlist for our Independent Living Villas. We have immediate availability for one bedrooms in Assisted Living and studio apartments in Memory Care.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have a couple of RNs and multiple LPNs that work here. Our nurses administer medication to those that need it. We have Certified Nursing Assistants that have additional training required prior to getting certified. We have care associates as well. We provided continued training here and have an in-house therapy (EmpowerMe Wellness) that provides additional safety training.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We have 24/7 nursing and care associates here to assist our residents. We communicate closely with families and other medical professionals to ensure our residents are safe and well. Our Maintenance Director ensures the community is taken care of. Is there something specific you are concerned about regarding safety?

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We provide detailed information that has been helpful to families when they are preparing for this move. As a team, we are available and ready to help to make this transition as smooth as possible. If families need more support, we have partners we refer. Some of these are paid services (paid for by the family).

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, we have scheduled transportation here. We also have outings and shopping offered.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We offer restaurant style dining in our cozy dining room. Three nutritious meals a day are offered and included in pricing for Assisted Living and Memory Care. We have a main meal and alternative options. Residents share what they like/do not like during the Resident Council. Or, they meet with our Dining Services Director, Zee. We can provide modified diets with a Physician's order.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

The first step is discussing the issue with our Executive Director, Michelle Tomerlin. Michelle will help and address the issue.

What is the cost of living in your community?

For our Independent Living, our life lease options start at $165,000. Our Assisted Living one bedrooms start at (care is not included) $5000 a month. Our Memory Care is an all-inclusive rate and begins at $6500 a month. I would need more details about what you are needing or interested in to provide more information regarding our pricing and availability.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

This is determined upon move-in. Families complete who should be contacted and in what order. Families can also request a meeting with our Director of Nursing and/or Executive Director anytime. Or, families will stop by and talk with the care team while visiting.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, we offer respite stays if we have availability. We require a two week minimum. For Assisted Living, it is $225/night. For Memory Care, it is $250/night.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, we are! As long as the resident can care for their pet or has someone that can.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, we have a Pharmacy partner that provides vaccines here in the community.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes! We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. We also partner with EmpowerMe Wellness, Home Health, Home Care, and Hospice when/if that is a need. We work with our families and residents to develop a care plan and work to meet their needs. Yes, we have a waitlist for our Independent Living Villas.
