Our managers have extensive experience, having served in senior living communities for 10 years. They reside within the community and are always available for emergencies. The community also hosts Legacy Healthcare, which provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy with a certified staff. In partnership with Anointed Hands, we cater to assisted living needs. Dana Cullins, a CNA and certified medication administrator, has been a trusted member of our team for over 10 years.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Each resident is provided with a GPS pendant known as a lively device, ensuring their location and safety at all times. The pendant connects to an emergency professional upon activation and offers fall detection capabilities.

Support Services

Our resident ambassador program assigns ambassadors to new members for a smooth transition. They are available to address any concerns and help integrate newcomers by accompanying them during meals and activities. The management team is also accessible for inquiries.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation from Monday through Friday, included in the rent.

Dining Experience

Residents enjoy three restaurant-style meals daily, with options including a featured entrée, chef's choice entrée, heart-healthy option, and deli choice.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

Managers maintain an open-door policy from 7:00am-7:30pm. Residents are welcome to discuss concerns in person during these hours, with phone support available after hours.

Cost of Living

Our all-inclusive community offers studios starting at $2,795 (current sale $2,425+), one-bedroom apartments from $3,550 (current sale $3,135+), and two-bedroom units beginning at $4,565 (current sale $4,095+).

Communication with Families

Our management team will contact families if any issues arise with a resident, bearing in mind that we are an independent retirement community.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer flexible month-to-month rental options.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community with no additional pet fees.

Current Availability

There is no waitlist, and we currently have six available apartments.

Vaccination Services

While Covid and flu vaccinations are not administered on-site, we provide transportation for residents to access these services.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place with the assistance of third-party caregiving companies like Anointed Hands.
