Professional Staff and Training
We have RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Physical therapists, occupational therapists, a registered dietitian, and several Nurse Practitioners affiliated with attending doctors. There is yearly training as well as impromptu in-servicing as things pop up or regulations change.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have nurses and aides who regularly round, the doors leaving the facility are locked and secure from 8am to 8pm.
Transition into the Community
Our social worker will assist with this process. We have local home health agencies, community support groups, and county resources that they can provide information on.
Transportation Services
We can set up transportation but generally, the service itself is out of pocket unless the trip is an emergent event (like going to the ER).
Dining Experience
We serve lunch in the dining room restaurant style. We also do holiday meals and special events on a regular basis, our activities department does a wonderful job in this area.

We have a grievance process that we utilize. A concern can be made to anyone and is properly investigated and appropriately followed up on timely.

All of our staff are more than happy to keep you in the loop on any kind of change in status. We would typically have an admission meeting shortly after transitioning to our building and develop lines of communication and a process that leaves you and the patient feeling comfortable.

We allow for pet visits so long as the animal is properly vaccinated and is friendly.
