Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes, we do provide our shuttle service and it's on the calendar for each of the locations to travel.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We provide hot and continental breakfast and lunch on certain days. Please look at the monthly calendar; it will have all the information that's needed to move forward during the day.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

The process is to put it in writing and take it to the management office, and we will address your issue(s).

What is the cost of living in your community?

It varies, depending on your floor plan.

What is your policy on communication with residents' families?

We are obligated to communicate via email or phone, and depending on the topic, maybe a notice on your door.

How do you keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We don't! We have no contact with residents' families. Again, we are an active/independent community.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays?

We do not offer that!

How much does short-term or respite stays cost?

We don't offer it.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, we are. The rate for pets is a $1000 deposit and $15 monthly. We do a DNA test for all pets.

Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

Yes, if you like a floor plan and it becomes available, you would be the first in line to be called to lease that unit.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

We don't provide it, but you can certainly get it.

Are residents able to age in place?
