Staff

We currently have caregivers in each unit, but for assisted living, they are not required to undergo licensing to work. Therefore, some of them are CNA’s but not all of them. Once employed, they go through pretty extensive training with a senior employee with frequent check-offs once they have mastered a skill.

Safety of Residents

Depending on what unit you are looking at, memory care is a secured building with emergency pull cords, assisted living has emergency pull cords, and independent living have life alert pendants with emergency pull cords.

Support Services

Yes, we have social work available as well as activities aides that will help with the transition.

Transportation

Yes.

Dining

Restaurant style, however, there are pub menus in the middle of the tables for residents to order from in case they do not like what the main course is.

Complaints

There is a complaint or grievance slip that is available for residents to fill out and give to our executive director. He will follow up within a reasonable time frame. You will also have access to all of our contact information so you can call at any time.

We have an app that is used for updates. Facebook. Newsletter. Email updates. Care Conferences.

Pet Friendly

Yes. IL pets are able to live. AL and MC pets are able to visit.

Yes, we are considered an aging in place facility. Currently, yes for assisted living but it is only 1 to 2 people.
