Types of Professionals on Our Staff and Their Training

RN, LPN, STNA on staff, in which all are licensed professionals. We also have RSA's that are here doing non-hands on care, awaiting classes to become STNA. Our therapy department are all licensed professionals as well.

Measures to Ensure Safety and Well-Being of Residents

All doors are coded secure exits. At the very least, two hour checks are carried out throughout the day, and additional care provided if needed. RN's in building each day to assess needs as well.

Resources or Support Services to Aid Residents' Transition into the Community

Social worker on staff assists in community transition. Setting-up home health services, obtaining equipment needed, makes sure medications are called in to pharmacy, sets-up follow-up appointments.

Transportation Services for Residents

We have in-house transportation as well as contracted transportation companies.

Dining Experience

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided, as well as snacks each day. Staff assist in feeding if residents need assistance with meals.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

Grievance forms to address concerns, management/IDT team review and address as needed.

We do offer short-term and respite stays. A private room would be $300/day, a semi-private room would be $275/day.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We do allow pet visitors, we just need documentation of up to date shot records before or on first visit. No in-house pets can live here.

Yes, COVID, flu, and Pneumonia vaccinations offered upon admit, as well as during an outbreak or each flu season.

Our units are a mixture of short and long term residents. We can accommodate short-term, long-term, respite, and hospice care.
