Overview of Professional Staff and Training
At Cardinal View, our team comprises both licensed and unlicensed staff members. Our director holds an LNHA certification, and we have an RN and LPN overseeing care services. Visiting physicians, therapists, massage, and hair support are available, along with team members who are Certified Dementia Practitioners. Our Certified Nursing Assistants and other internally trained staff members receive a range of CARE dementia trainings, as well as standard precautions and fire safety training.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
We have a comprehensive set of measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. If you have specific concerns or areas of interest, we can provide more detailed information.
Transition Support Services
To aid residents in transitioning into our community, we offer a monthly new resident orientation and a Circle of Friends group to welcome new members.
