Waitlist Information
Yes, depending on what type of accommodation you are interested in, but a two or three bedroom Villa would be about 5 to 6 years once on the wait list.
Pricing and Accommodations
We have 32 different types of accommodations. I have attached two floor plans for the Villas for a reference. The fees are in the bottom right corner.
Staff and Training
For our Residential Care, we have RN’s, CAN’s, LPN’s and care givers. They maintain their state license.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Every staff member is required to report if a resident is in need of assistance. We also do wellness checks if a family member requests.
Transition Support Services
When moving to Capital Manor, you must be able to live independently, we do not have direct admissions to our Care or memory care.
Transportation Services
Yes, door to door for doctors appointments. Local only.
Dining Experience
We have three dining venues. The Magnolia dining for breakfast and dinner, The 1963 Grille for lunch. These are made to order menus and a side bar for dinner. We also have a Bistro by the swimming pool and exercise area.
Resident Complaints and Issues
The community has a resident chairperson on each floor and also in Villa groups. These groups meet and have discussions on matters of the community. We also have 3 residents on the Board of Directors.
Communication with Families
In independent living we don’t unless there is an emergency or family asks for a wellness check. In care, only if there is a change in condition or an emergency.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, each resident has 90 days at no charge to use over the course of their residency.
Pet Policy
Yes, we have a 500 dollar pet deposit.
Vaccination Policy
We did during the pandemic but not anymore.
Aging in Place
We Have limited Home Care services for an additional fee for basic ADL’s. We do allow private care givers to come on campus if a residents needs are more than our Home Care provides if they want to stay in their independent living space. Our Residential Care nurses (per state law) are not allowed to provide care in the independent living spaces. That is why we have a separate Home Care license. But that license is limited to help with bathing, dressing and minimal care needs.
