Introduction to Canvas Valley Forge

Canvas Valley Forge is a 55+ Active community, an apartment complex located in King of Prussia, designed specifically for residents aged 55 and over. Unlike healthcare communities, Canvas Valley Forge does not offer amenities such as dining, transportation, respite care, or healthcare professionals on staff.

Staff and Training

Our team includes a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Manager, Lifestyles Director, and a Concierge team member. All staff members undergo training through our property management company, Allure Lifestyles, to ensure the highest quality of service and expertise.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, all doors and garages require a FOB for access, provided to residents at move-in. The front door is locked and requires a unique code for entry, or visitors can call the resident they are visiting to be let in remotely.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community, including vendors that can assist with the sale of your home, downsizing, packing, and moving.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can submit their concerns to our office for review, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

While certain floorplans may have a waitlist, we still have a selection of units that are readily available for new residents.

Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, mounted microwave, and a garbage disposal, all of which we maintain, repair and replace as needed.
