Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our team comprises a Wellness Director who is a Nurse, a Resident Care Coordinator who is a med tech, nurses and med techs responsible for dispensing medication, and CNAs who provide care for our Residents. Each member undergoes rigorous training to ensure the highest standard of care and support for our residents.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we implement individual care plans. We monitor dining attendance to ensure everyone has eaten, use an Electronic Mar System for safe medication distribution, and conduct regular checks on residents based on their care plan, with some being checked every two hours.
Resources and Support for New Residents
New residents are warmly welcomed by all directors, with our Activities Director, Sally, playing a key role in integrating them into the community. We facilitate social interactions by seating like-minded residents together in the dining room, fostering a welcoming environment.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services for personal shopping on Mondays, doctor's appointments on Tuesdays, and other scheduled outings including lunch trips and visits to places like Hobby Lobby.
Dining Experience
Our dining service offers a special for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside an Always Available menu for flexibility. We pride ourselves on our 80% scratch kitchen and a 100 Health Score, recognized by A Place For Mom for best food.
Addressing Resident Complaints
Our Open Door Policy ensures that any issues or complaints from residents are promptly addressed. We also hold a Resident Counsel meeting once a month to discuss concerns and feedback.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain regular communication with residents' families through weekly emails and care plan meetings. Our Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Resident Care Coordinator are always available for any inquiries.
Short-term or Respite Stays
While we offer short-term or respite stays, availability may vary. We encourage inquiries about potential openings in the coming weeks.
Pet-Friendly Community
Our community is pet-friendly for animals under 25 pounds and vaccinated. Residents must be capable of caring for their pets independently.

Aging in Place
Residents can age in place with the exception of skilled nursing needs. We collaborate with various hospice companies to provide comprehensive care.
