Our team comprises a Director of Nursing, Staff Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. Each member undergoes rigorous training to ensure the highest level of care and expertise in handling the diverse needs of our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we conduct daily checks on all residents. Our facility is equipped with doors that lock at dark, with residents having keys to enter the building after dark for added security.

Support Services for Residents

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community, including reminders for meals, medication, and events until they become comfortable with their new environment.

Transportation Services

Our transportation services include taking residents to local doctor appointments on Tuesdays, shopping once a week, and organizing monthly outings to keep our residents active and engaged.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience offers two hours per meal with two choices, in addition to always available options, ensuring a variety of meals to suit our residents' preferences.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can address their complaints or issues directly to the Department Manager or the Executive Director to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

Communication with Residents' Families

We utilize a specialized program to keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being. The Director of Nursing will also directly contact families with any health concerns.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, with a lease that requires signing. However, residents can issue a 30-day notice at any time, providing flexibility for their needs.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, welcoming residents and their furry friends.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents currently go to a local pharmacy for Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations, ensuring they have access to essential health services.

Aging in Place

While we do not offer memory care, we support aging in place. If a resident requires a higher level of care, we engage in a meeting with the family to discuss the best course of action. We can move someone within 7 to 30 days if necessary.
