Moving Assistance

While we do not have in-house staff to assist with moving, we are more than happy to recommend reputable moving companies to help residents transition smoothly into our community.

Pet-Friendly Environment

We welcome pets in our community, with a weight limit of 35 pounds, unless the pet is a therapy dog, ensuring that our residents do not have to part with their beloved companions.

We also provide buffet services and room service, although the latter comes with a charge. Our menus are updated monthly, and we offer daily specials to keep dining experiences fresh and exciting. Dining hours are set, but residents in independent living are free to dine anytime within those hours without assigned seating.

We maintain open lines of communication with the families of our residents through email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring they are kept informed and involved in the well-being of their loved ones.

Residents can voice their concerns or complaints through various channels, including email or a dedicated phone line. Our executive director also maintains an open-door policy, providing an additional avenue for addressing any issues directly.

Pull cords are installed in every apartment and in common areas like atriums and bathrooms. Additionally, we ensure the security of our residents with gated access and security personnel.

In our assisted living setting, the frequency of nurse check-ins is tailored to individual care plans. A nurse is on staff for 12 hours a day, with CNAs available at night, ensuring that professional care is always accessible.
