Overview of Professionals and Training
At Caley Ridge, we employ QMAPs and have a clinical team that includes an LPN, caregivers, and QMAPs. All staff undergo continual online training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest care practices.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents with 24-hour staffing. Our front desk is manned around the clock, and doors are locked after 10 PM, requiring visitors to be buzzed in. We conduct 24-hour resident checks, clinical checks for weight, blood pressure, etc., and have on-site visiting doctors who communicate directly with residents and clinical staff.
Transition Support Services
We provide hands-on support during residents' transition periods, including escorting new residents to meals and activities. Our Activities Director informs new residents about the activity calendar and how to sign up for trips.
Transportation Services
Transportation services are available for outside doctor appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays are reserved for shopping and outings.
Dining Experience
Our dining room offers a restaurant-style experience with three meals a day, snacks, unlimited beverages, and wait staff. We hold monthly food council meetings where residents can discuss changes, suggestions, and concerns with the chef.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents can report issues to staff, clinical personnel, or the Executive Director. An ombudsman is available to support and advocate for residents, and they can also contact the company owners in Vancouver if needed.
Cost of Living
Living costs depend on the room type: Studios are $3,795 per month, and one-bedrooms are $4,650 per month. Additional fees include a second person fee for spouses, a non-refundable community fee of $2,500, care costs based on an assessment, and Comcast services.
Communication with Residents' Families
There are no set visiting hours, allowing families to visit anytime. Our 24/7 front desk facilitates after-hours entry and phone call responses. We maintain constant communication with families regarding care, health changes, events, concerns, and incidents like falls.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not offer respite stays due to being usually full with a waitlist.
Pet-Friendly Community
We welcome pets with a $500 non-refundable pet fee.
Waitlist Status
We currently have a full community with a growing waitlist.
About Our Assisted Living Community
We are a medium-sized assisted living community consisting of one-hundred apartments located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center. Our 24-hour staff can assist with medication management, personal care, physical care, and stand-by assistance. We develop a personalized care plan to meet our resident’s needs, and personalized care costs are in addition to the monthly fee.
Personalized Care Cost System
The costs are based on a point system (the nature, frequency and duration of the task equals the number of points). An assessment will be conducted prior to move-in to determine those costs.
