Assisted Living at Cadbury Commons is available to seniors who require support and assistance with the activities of daily living, while enjoying the benefits of living in a vibrant residential community. At Cadbury Commons, our apartments have been designed for individual comfort and safety in an environment that offers individualized programs, quality services and attentive personal care.

Residency and Service Fee Schedule

One-Time Orientation Fee $4,000 (due upon move in)

Monthly Starting Rates

Studio $5,930
One Bedroom $7,070
One Bedroom with Den $7,700

Additional Services

On-Site Parking $50 per month
Pet-Friendly $100 deposit
Medication Management $550 per month
Second Person Occupancy $1400 per month

Specialized Services

Assisted Living I (Up to One Hour of Services Daily) $800 per Month
Assisted Living II (Up to Two Hours of Services) $1,600 per Month

• Comfortable, private apartments with modern kitchenette and private bath with built in safety features
• Escorts to meals and/or activities
• Assistance with personal care such as bathing, grooming and dressing
• Daily bed making
• Three nutritious meals a day served in our dining room
• Weekly light housekeeping

Respite Stays

Our Respite Program offers an appealing option for seniors in need of a short-term stay (30 day minimum). Designed to fill many needs, Respite Stays can offer a much-needed break to caregivers at home, provide a supportive environment for recovery from a hospitalization, or create an opportunity to sample the Cadbury lifestyle. Respite Guests are invited to stay in one of our attractively furnished apartments and receive the same services we offer our full-time residents.

INDEPENDENT LIVING

Independent Living at Cadbury Commons is available to seniors who desire the lifestyle and ease of living in a residential community, but do not require assistance with activities of daily living. Residents enjoy access to a diverse range of programs, services and amenities in warm and attractive surroundings, which make it easy for them to maintain an independent lifestyle.

MORNINGSIDE MEMORY CARE

Morningside at Cadbury Commons at Cambridge is a unique residential environment designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Our staff of skilled professionals develops individualized service plans that support each resident's dignity, interests and capabilities in a setting that provides security, structure and personal care services.

Apartment Availability

Depending on the size of the apartment, I do have a waiting list. We offer Studios, 1-bedroom, and 1-bedroom plus den apartments. All units are equipped with a kitchenette consisting of a microwave, 2-burner stove top, refrigerator, sink, and some cabinets.

I currently have a very nice studio overlooking our garden and possibly a 1-bedroom plus den with a view of the park.
