Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's), Medication Technicians (Med Techs), and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's). All staff members undergo comprehensive one-on-one training across all departments before they commence their full-time roles, ensuring a high standard of care and expertise within our team.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide each resident with a pendant and GPS access to monitor their whereabouts. We offer 24-hour aid assistance and have a nighttime security guard on duty to further ensure the safety of our community.

Our welcome committee plays a crucial role in helping new residents transition smoothly into our community, ensuring they feel at home from the start.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents, facilitating their mobility and independence.

Dining Experience

Our dining room is open from 7 AM to 7 PM, offering flexible dining hours without assigned seating. Residents can choose from a full menu, providing them with a variety of dining options.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can directly contact our Executive Director (ED) or Director of Nursing (DON) through their cell phone numbers to address any complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and personal attention.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our nursing staff maintains open lines of communication with residents' families, addressing problems as they arise. We are committed to being easily reachable, with all family members having access to our nursing staff's cell phone number, available on call 24/7.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at a rate of $200 per day, providing flexibility for residents and their families.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, welcoming residents and their beloved pets.

Vaccination Clinics

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within our community through our vaccine clinics, ensuring their health and well-being.

Aging in Place

While we do not offer Memory Care (MC), we do provide Long-Term Care (LTC) on our campus. We are currently operating off a waitlist for our studio and one-bedroom apartments, with openings expected in 3 weeks for both types of accommodations.
