Overview of Our Staff and Training

We have a dedicated coordinating staff led by our Director of Nursing (RN), who oversees all Resident Assistant (RA) staffing. Our memory care coordinator acts as an assistant to the Director. Our Resident Assistant Staffing (caregivers) undergo an onboarding training for approximately 3 days, followed by a week of shadowing an experienced 'lead' RA. After this period, the lead RA observes them to ensure the training was effective, culminating in the RN's approval for them to work independently on the floor.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our facility ensures the safety and well-being of our residents through locked doors after evening hours, accessible only by key and codes. We offer hourly checks upon request and have a Ring security system in place.

Support Services for New Residents

To aid in the transition of new residents into our community, we ensure all questions are addressed to make the transition smooth. We also have a resident program designed to help new residents acclimate and feel welcomed.

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents.

Dining Experience

We provide restaurant-style dining for all three meals, featuring daily specials homecooked by our culinary staff. Residents can also order off a hot off the grill menu or choose from our full-service salad bar and dessert tray.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our director hosts weekly meetings for residents to voice their concerns. Additionally, she is available for one-on-one discussions in her office or the resident's apartment.

Communication with Residents' Families

We conduct a monthly town hall to keep residents' families informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at $200/day for independent living with services or $250/day for memory care.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Vaccination Clinics

We host vaccination clinics for Covid and flu vaccinations within our community.

Aging in Place

We strive to support our residents in aging in place by offering Independent Living, Living with services such as medication management and assistance with showers. We also have Center Well Home Health come to our community for PT/OT services. Currently, we do not have a waitlist, although this may change depending on the time of year.
