Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) are both Registered Nurses (RNs). We ensure that an RN is present in the building at all times. Training for our staff, when needed, is conducted by these qualified professionals. Additionally, we utilize Relias, a training system that provides essential training on the safety and care of our residents, which is mandatory for every employee.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our facility is a one-floor establishment, and we generally do not accept residents with exit-seeking or behavioral issues to maintain safety. We conduct fire alarm training monthly to ensure preparedness for fire emergencies.
Transition Support Services
We offer 24-hour care and encourage new patients/residents to participate in activities and dining room services to aid their transition into the community.
Transportation Services
We have our own van for transportation. If it is not available, we utilize an outside transport company.
Dining Experience
Residents have the option to eat in their rooms or in the dining room. We encourage those who are able to dine in the dining room. There are two meal options for each meal, along with additional standard daily items for residents who may not prefer the main choices.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
A concern form is available for residents to fill out if they have a complaint or issue. Our social worker typically receives these concerns and ensures that the appropriate department follows up.
Cost of Living
The private pay cost is $325 per day. For residents eligible for Medicaid, all income is due to the facility, with each Medicaid resident receiving $45 a month.
Communication with Residents' Families
We conduct a PATH meeting within 72 hours of admission, involving social work, nursing, and therapy teams to discuss long-term care or discharge planning. Care conferences are held throughout the resident's stay to keep families informed about the facility and services provided.
Short-term and Respite Stays
We offer short-term rehab, typically covered by Medicare, Medicare Replacement Plans, and Managed Medicaid HMO plans. Respite stays are priced at $325 per day.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, requiring only proof of vaccinations.
