Availability and Waitlist

The senior living community currently has a waitlist for new residents. The length of the waitlist varies depending on the type of apartment desired.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in the community, with a limit of up to two pets per resident. The types of pets typically include dogs and cats, but this may vary.

Assistance with Moving In

The community works with three different moving companies to assist residents with the moving process.

Transportation Services

Transportation is available for residents, including three days a week for medical appointments and two days for outings and shopping trips.

Dining Experience

The dining service is restaurant-style, with residents ordering from a menu. Assisted living residents receive three meals a day, with a wide variety of options such as filet mignon, salmon, cheeseburgers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and various entrees.

Staff and Caregiving Team

The staff includes RNs (Registered Nurses), LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses), STNAs (State Tested Nursing Assistants), and nurses' aides. The medical team is supported by caregivers who provide personalized care to residents.

Safety and Security

The community ensures resident safety through ongoing training for care associates, assistance with activities of daily living, on-site physical and occupational therapy, regular monitoring and check-ins, call pendants, a fall prevention program, and a Health Plus program. Safety measures are personalized to meet individual needs.

Resident Grievance Procedure

A grievance procedure is in place for residents to address complaints. Upon move-in, residents receive a copy of the procedure and have access to various resources and outlets for expressing concerns.

Communication with Families

The facility maintains communication with resident families through phone, email, and text. However, there are no specific apps or platforms used for this purpose.
