Overview of Our Staff and Training

Our community is staffed with dedicated care staff and nurses to ensure the highest level of support for our residents. The care staff is available 24/7, while our nurses are on-site during business hours, seven days a week. All staff members undergo rigorous training to meet the unique needs of our residents, ensuring they receive the best care possible.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide each resident with a pendant, similar to a life alert, which they can activate if they need assistance. Additionally, our doors are locked at 7pm to ensure a secure environment. Our Executive Director is also available to address any concerns regarding safety and well-being.

Transition Support Services

We offer a Resident Ambassador Program to help new residents transition into our community smoothly. This program pairs new residents with an ambassador who helps them get acquainted with the community, introduces them to other residents, and supports them through their initial weeks. Ambassadors are matched based on similar interests or personalities, ensuring a meaningful and supportive connection.

Transportation Services

Our community provides transportation services five days a week, facilitating residents' mobility and independence.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience features a restaurant-style menu with daily specials, a short-order grill, fresh salads, scratch-made soups, homemade desserts, and seasonal dishes. The dining atmosphere is enhanced with table linens, seasonal centerpieces, and a social experience through festive meals and live cooking demonstrations. We also accommodate special diets with a personalized approach.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Any complaints or issues raised by residents are directed to the Executive Director or Nursing, depending on the nature of the issue. They work closely with the resident and/or their family to resolve the matter promptly and effectively.

Cost of Living

Assisted Living starts at $3255, with additional personalized programs for service and care available as needed.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with residents' families, with updates on medical issues provided by our Nurse, social activities by the Activities Director, and all other matters by the Executive Director.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays with a minimum of one month, priced at $225 per day for assisted living and $285 for additional services.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, featuring a lovely enclosed Courtyard for the enjoyment of our residents and their furry friends.

Availability and Waitlist

We currently have availability and do not have a waitlist.

Vaccination Services

Our community provides Covid and flu vaccinations to ensure the health and safety of our residents.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place with the support of Home Health and Hospice services. We also offer onsite rehab, including physical and occupational therapy, for residents needing additional care after rehabilitation.
