Our community is staffed with highly trained professionals including a licensed health and wellness director, and a licensed executive director. Staff members undergo monthly training modules to ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to provide the best care and support to our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We adhere to strict state regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. In our assisted living facilities, we have implemented fire alarms, smoke alarms, emergency call pendants, and pull cords in each residential restroom. Additionally, we follow the state's disaster plan for handling natural emergencies.

Transition Support Services

To aid residents in their transition into our community, we offer "Willows at Home" service, providing personalized services in their apartments. Our operational teams also assist new residents in acclimating to the community.

Transportation Services

Transportation is available for residents Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Dining Experience

Our dining service includes three meals a day, with breakfast and supper served buffet style, and lunch served restaurant style.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can bring any concerns to the front office or our first impression concierge. These concerns are then brought to the executive director's attention.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community varies based on apartment style, size, and care level, determined after an assessment by our nurse. Rent is on a month-to-month basis.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain open communication with residents' families through family calls and leadership meetings to discuss any general health declines.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum of a 30-day stay. The cost is the apartment's monthly rent.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, our community is pet-friendly.

Waitlist Information

We currently have a waitlist for studio and two-bedroom size apartments.

Our community offers clinics for Covid and flu vaccinations.
