At Brookdale Center of New England, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive and caring environment for our residents. Our community provides a blend of independent living, assisted living, and memory care services to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
Availability
We strive to accommodate prospective residents promptly, with the goal of moving them in within a couple of days based on their specific needs. Currently, there is no waitlist for our assisted living services.
Respite Care and Short-Term Stays
Understanding the need for flexibility, we offer both respite care and short-term stay options. While preferences may vary, stays can range from two weeks to a month, catering to the unique situations of our guests.
Pet-Friendly Community
Recognizing the importance of companionship, our community is pet-friendly, welcoming residents to bring their beloved pets with them.
Transportation Services
For convenience and accessibility, we provide transportation services for our residents, including trips to medical appointments, shopping, and other errands.
Dining Experience
Our dining service offers a selection of two entrees per meal, with alternative options such as salads, sandwiches, grilled cheese, and soup available daily. This approach ensures variety while accommodating individual preferences.
Professional and Dedicated Staff
Our team comprises registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), medication technicians (med techs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). All staff members are certified prior to joining and undergo a thorough orientation process. We are proud of our staff's longevity, even through challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we utilize pendants as part of our emergency response system.
Open Door Policy
Our executive director maintains an open door policy, ensuring availability to both residents and staff. Whether for addressing concerns or simply engaging in conversation, our leadership is accessible and responsive.
Communication with Families
We keep families informed and connected through our Facebook page and a monthly chronicle. The chronicle features updates, event recaps, upcoming activities, and messages from our executive director and department heads, fostering a sense of community and transparency.
Our dedicated team, led by our scheduler Michelle, is always here to assist and provide the best possible experience for our residents and their families.
