Training and Staff
We have trained Direct care staff, Medication Technician, Shift supervisors, Resident Care Coordinator, and Health & Wellness Director. Our Direct care staff undergoes 10-day training on the floor upon hiring. Resident Care Coordinators are responsible for training direct care staff as well as medication technicians.Resident Safety
We have a 2-hour check on all of our residents to ensure their safety and well-being. The community is secured and all the doors are alarmed if anyone tries to open them.Life Enrichment Program
We have an excellent life enrichment program in our community which helps with the transition for our new residents. We also work with third-party home health providers if someone requires a PT, OT to help them transition into our community.Transportation
We provide transportation for any community outings.Dining Services
Our dining services are excellent. We offer three well-balanced meals to our residents. Our menu is created based on our residents' likes and dislikes, apart from that we also offer a variety of alternative choices if a resident does not want what is being offered at meal time.Complaints and Issues
Complaints or any issue are addressed right away by our management team. I and our nurse personally handle any complaints or issues that our residents have.Pricing
I have our pricing with you in the previous email. Prices are different from studio to one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments. The pricing is all-inclusive in terms of base apartment rate and care services.Communication
We only communicate with the resident's durable power of attorney in regards to updating them about their loved one's well-being or any changes within their care.Short/Respite Stay
Yes, we do offer short/respite stay, minimum requirement is 15 days for the respite stay, the cost is $175/per day.Pet Policy
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. The pet has to be less than 20LB and the resident is responsible for taking care of their pet. Also, we require a $1000 deposit.Health Services
Yes, we offer Covid and Flu vaccinations in our community every year.Aging in Place
