No, we currently do not have a waitlist.

Staff and Training
PCA (40 hour training), CNA, Medtech – they both have to have a state license.
Safety and Well-being Measures
24 hour surveillance in our common areas and our doors are locked by 9 pm.
Transition Resources and Support Services
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Transportation Services
We do offer transportation within the Tri-cities for $50.00 for round trip as long as we have availability.
Dining Experience
Breakfast is from 8-9, lunch is from 12-1 and dinner is from 5-6. There is a main meal along with alternates to choose from for lunch and dinner. All meals are served restaurant style.
Complaints and Issues Resolution
They can present the issues directly to the administrator or the management staff Monday through Friday, if it is on the weekend, we have a Manager on Duty they can report to. Our administrator has an open door policy in which the residents are welcomed to come in to talk to her at any time.
Communication with Residents' Families
Medtech or RCCs will reach out to the RP if there is a change in condition or in an emergency situation via telephone. There is typically a care plan meeting once a year or if there is a significant change in condition via telephone or in person.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes we offer respite stay. Cost depends on the level of care.
Pet Policy
Yes, we are. Small pets only and the resident must be able to take care of the pet themselves. There is a $750.00 pet deposit.
Vaccinations
Yes, we will hold a clinic for Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations.
Aging in Place
This is our goal unless we are unable to meet their needs. They have an opportunity to use hospice services if needed.
