Overview of Bridgewater Living

We have an LPN that oversees the medical staff, including certified caregivers and experienced med techs. Caregivers not certified upon hiring undergo certification. Our staff's frequency of resident checks is dictated by individual care plans.

Each resident is equipped with an alert bracelet for immediate assistance requests, also indicating their location within the community.

Ambassador Program

Long-term residents assist newcomers in acclimating to Bridgewater through our ambassador program, offering guidance on activities, dining, and more.

Transportation and Outings

Transportation is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am to 3 pm within a 10-mile radius, requiring at least 24-hour notice. Regular shopping trips are organized, typically on Wednesdays.

Dining Experience

Each villa has its own dining room, with a main menu and alternative options available daily to accommodate resident preferences.

Resolving Issues

Residents are encouraged to address complaints or maintenance issues with management or the front desk, respectively. Unresolved issues may involve a third-party arbiter.

Accommodation and Pricing

We offer studio and one-bedroom floor plans in our assisted living unit, priced at $3000 and $3250 per month, respectively. Additional care levels and medication management incur extra charges. Our memory care unit offers an all-inclusive shared room for $5500 per month.

Family Communication

Communication with family members regarding a resident's well-being is conducted as per the resident's wishes, or through their Power of Attorney if necessary.

Respite Stay

Respite stays are available in both assisted living and memory care units, priced at $200 and $250 per day, respectively, with a minimum 10-day stay.

Pet Policy

Small pets are allowed, with a $600 deposit and proof of up-to-date vaccinations and licensing. Residents must provide complete care for their pets.

Vaccinations

Covid and Flu vaccinations are offered annually towards the year's end.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place, transitioning from assisted living to memory care as needed. Currently, there are openings for studios and one-bedroom apartments with no waitlist.
