Staff and Training Overview

Our staff comprises an experienced management team including an executive director, sales and marketing personnel, activities coordinator, director of nursing, memory care director, maintenance director, and chef. They undergo various ongoing training related to dementia, safety, operations, and resident rights. Our care staff is rigorously trained in all areas concerning senior living and ensuring resident safety and well-being.

Resident Safety and Well-being

As a state-regulated facility, we adhere to regulations applicable to licensed assisted living communities to ensure our residents' safety and well-being.

Support for Transition into the Community

We conduct an assessment to determine daily care needs, meet with families during lease signing and as needed, and offer a resident-led ambassador program to welcome new residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes three daily meals, served restaurant-style in the dining room, with various choices to accommodate different palates.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Residents and families can meet with our executive director, who prides herself on providing timely responses to any resident issues, by appointment on an as-needed basis.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain active communication with families, keeping them updated on any issues related to the care and well-being of our residents.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays for a minimum of 30 days at a cost of $170 per day. This includes care, medication management, meals, activities, housekeeping, and laundry services.

Vaccination Availability

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations through a vaccine clinic we will be holding this fall.

Aging in Place

Our facility supports aging in place, with the ability to bring in hospice services to allow residents to remain until end of life.
