Dining Experience

Our facility prides itself on providing hot, nourishing meals in a comfortable setting. Residents have access to a dining area where they can socialize, and our staff is trained to provide assistance and support during mealtime.

Resident Complaints and Issues

When a resident has a complaint or issue, the first step is for them to address the concern with our staff, who will listen, complete a grievance form promptly, and work towards a resolution. The form is forwarded to all relevant parties, and residents have the option to involve family or external organizations such as the ombudsman.

Communication with Residents' Families

For residents with a Power of Attorney (POA) listed, we communicate all matters directly, including room changes, transfers, care plans, and more. If the resident is their own responsible party, families may not be called for many matters.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays for up to 20 days at a rate of $305.00 daily, which includes room and board.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, allowing families to bring pets provided they have proof of vaccination.
