Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We have a mix of professionals on our staffing ranging from med techs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. Each one of our clinical team undergoes extensive training before starting and more training if they are working in our memory care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Each one of our residents is checked on frequently. There are also call buttons in the bedroom and bathroom that alert our care team. Lastly, our residents wear either a pendant around their neck or on their wrist that has a GPS built in to alert staff if pressed.

Resources for Transitioning into the Community

We have an ambassador program that all new residents go through. This is a 16-hour spread-out program that includes all department heads. During that time, each of our department heads is required to go through with new residents about their department and residents' preferences related to their department.

Transportation Services

We do offer transportation for residents to and from medical appointments within a 10-mile radius or a 20-mile round trip. Each additional mile is $1.00. We also have transportation when doing group outings.

Dining Experience

Our chef-inspired dining experience offers residents up to three meals a day depending on what dining plan they choose. Our food is top-notch, and I eat it often as well.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our executive director has an open-door policy regarding anything that needs to be addressed.

Cost of Living

The cost of the community will vary depending on apartment type, level of care, and if you are looking at independent, assisted, or memory care living. Our rates start at $5,250 for independent living.

Communication with Residents' Families

The communication to our families is very important. Families are notified immediately regarding a change in care to their loved ones. We also communicate with our families weekly regarding what is happening at our community.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do offer respite stays in terms of 30, 60, or 90 days. Our respite rates start at $7,810/month.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community. One of our signature programs is Leash on Life. This is a program that can be utilized by residents if they need assistance taking care of their pet.

Waitlist Information

We currently do not have a waitlist.

Vaccinations

Residents can get COVID and flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place since our assisted living and independent residents can stay in their same apartment regardless of the amount of care they need, with the exception of memory care.
