Private Studio Pricing

Our private studios begin at approximately $6800 monthly, inclusive of a lot of services. Any additional hands-on assistance with care or medications are an add-on.

Availability

There is no current waitlist for the assisted living section, but there is a waitlist for the memory care services.

Respite Care and Short-Term Stays

The facility provides options for respite care or short-term stays, with a minimum duration of 30 days. The cost for these stays varies depending on the type of room selected.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed within the community, provided that the resident can take care of them independently. There are also weight and size restrictions for pets to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents.

Transportation Services

Transportation is available within a six-mile radius, primarily for doctor's appointments. Arrangements can be made for other essential services like banking. Additionally, the community has a minivan for organized trips.

Staffing

The staff includes Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and licensed home health aides. There are no med techs in the facility, ensuring a professional level of care for residents.

Medical Support

There are four different doctors or nurse practitioners who visit the community weekly. They operate their own practices and are available on different days for consultations and medical services.

Safety Measures

For the safety of residents, the community provides pendants that can be used to alert staff in case of an emergency.

Family Communication

The community maintains regular communication with families through a monthly calendar of events. A case manager is also available to contact families via letter, email, or phone call as needed.

Handling Complaints

Complaints or issues with staff are directed to the wellness director, who oversees care and wellness. The wellness director can make arrangements to address any concerns and ensure the well-being of the residents.

Dining Experience

The dining service is restaurant-style with assigned seating and a menu that changes daily. Residents can order their meals at the time of dining. The community can accommodate various dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and diabetic-friendly options. For diabetics, portion control is practiced, such as serving half portions of certain items like cake.
