Overview of Professional Staff and Training

CNAs, LPNs, RNs – All are licensed and we offer in-service training for our staff yearly. We also contract with Select Rehab services for therapy.

We complete background and drug tests on all employees prior to working here and follow CMS and state regulations for care.

Dining Experience

We offer meals at 8am, 12pm, and 5pm. Residents can dine in their room or each unit has a dining room they could enjoy. We offer modified diets and have alternative choices.

Resident Complaints and Issues

They will notify the staff and a resident service concern will be completed and forwarded to the direct department the issue occurred so it can be addressed.

Cost of Living

Communication with Resident's Families

We use a mass notification to inform families (email and text) if we are communicating general information. We contact the emergency contact or responsible party if there is an emergency or change in their loved one’s status.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short term rehab and the patient will typically use their insurance benefits. We will occasionally offer respite if we have the space available. The daily cost for a private room and private bathroom for respite would be $530 and it will be a minimum of 7 days.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, all pets must be on leash when in facility and we do require vet vaccination information.
