Overview of Our Staff and Training

Our staff includes a diverse group of professionals: Registered Nurses, LPNs, the Diley Medical Group including a Medical Director and Physician Assistant, Dietitian, and Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapists. Additionally, we have Administrative Professionals to assist with training, implementation of systems, customer services, and system management. All staff undergo rigorous training at our facility to ensure the highest standard of care.

Measures for Safety and Well-Being

We have numerous systems in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. These include call light systems, security cameras, wander guard systems, and regular check-ins. We also adhere to strict fire, safety, and sanitation protocols and undergo annual surveys by the Ohio Department of Health.

Resources and Support for Community Transition

We support all new residents with love, care, support, encouragement, and involvement in the community. The transition process varies for each resident, but we excel in providing warmth, compassion, and care to help them feel at home.

Transportation Services

We offer local transportation for residents to attend doctor’s appointments, church, and other scheduled activities.

Dining Experience

Our dining menu and service are driven by high expectations of quality, preparation, and resident requests. We shop twice weekly to ensure we have fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat from a local meat market. Residents order their meals in a restaurant-like setting.

Handling Resident Complaints or Issues

We encourage open communication with the Director of Nursing and/or Executive Director. Residents or their families can stop by or set up a meeting to discuss any concerns.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our nurses primarily handle healthcare communication with the emergency contact or power of attorney. Families are encouraged to call with questions or just to check in as often as they like.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, with costs ranging from $225-$300 per day, depending on the level of care needed.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time pet deposit of $250 and a monthly fee of $50.

Vaccinations

Residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place with full physical and mental care. We currently have openings in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
