Each resident in Assisted Living receives a care package levels 1-4. This is based on nurse assessment and residents can be reassessed after their first 60 days.

The campus opened in May 2019, with 189 units spread across an immaculate, well-designed 44 acres. Here is a brief description of the overall community.

The campus has four distinct areas: The Residences apartments and in the Village we have Ranches, Duets and Cottages.

The Residence building offers apartment floor plans of 1-bedroom/1-bath, 1-bedroom/1-bath w a den, 2-bedroom/1 bath, 2-bedroom/2 bath. There is no charge for exterior parking in the community. We do have garages that offer covered parking that are available to rent for $250 a month.

Our Ranch homes offer similar space to our apartments with the convenience of an attached garage and private entry. Residents in our Ranches enjoy an optional meal plan of daily lunches (M-Sat.), three dinners a week (M-Sat.) and Sunday brunch. This meal plan is $850 per ranch, and $350 for a second person. From the Ranch homes, residents can drive to the main building, park for meals and activities.

The Duets and Cottage homes offer larger floorplans, two-car attached garages and full basements. Homes range in size from 1,540-square feet to 3,196-square feet, two-bedroom and two-bath up to four-bedroom and four-bath homes. Those living in the Duets and Cottages get Sunday Brunch weekly.

The experience here is designed to be worry-free. Every resident of Blossom Ridge receives bi-weekly housekeeping, all maintenance service, a full activity program, transportation within 12 miles of the campus, on-site professional staff, landscaping and snow removal, and access to the many amenities here.

The Residences building features a full-service bar and restaurant, spa and salon, library, art studio, test kitchen, exercise studio, physical therapy suite and gym, chapel, movie theater, indoor pool, steam showers, game room, club room and lots more. We utilize many of these spaces with our life enrichment programming.

The Village features a Club House with outdoor pool and hot tub, living room, art studio, fitness center and common space that is available for private parties up to 30. The Club House also has pickle ball and bocce ball courts on each side.
