I just have a few questions about the community, and I appreciate your time and attention to this inquiry via email. I've outlined my questions below for your convenience.Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have concierge physicians available to residents. No licensed nursing-certified medication technicians, CPR certified, RCFE licensed staff. We have monthly ongoing training for our staff.Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Our community is a quant environment where our residents are mainly together in our open concept environment- care staff around them. The residents wear pendants if need attention outside their scope care plan.Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We have ambassadors that are residents here that for the first few days “buddy” with our new residents to meet others and acclimate to our environment.Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We do not offer transportation- We do however have concierge dr. podiatrists, dental professionals come to our community.Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We offer main entrees daily, with 2 alternative menu choices. Our dining experience is assigned seating, and because we are only 40-unit community- 27 residents eat in our main dining area. Caregivers serve to tables. We use sensory methods to alert our residents to dining times. We still do our own shopping for groceries and make many of our desserts/soups/potatoes etc from scratch to cut costs for families and for that wonderful taste, less sodium.What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Families express their concerns to our med tech, which is relayed to our care director. If not resolved the families have a conversation directly with our resident care director. IF issues are not resolved, speak to our administrator.What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Ongoing conversations, updated care plans- our med tech is the main point person to speak with families regarding supplies, medications, etc.Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do offer a respite stay if I have availability. $250.00-$350.00 a day depending on level of care needed.Are you all a pet-friendly community?
No pets are allowed to live in our community but welcome visits! We would only request a shot record for the animal.Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
If required, yes, our local pharmacy or home health companies come to our community.Are residents able to age in place?
Yes! We offer services up to full care/ hospice services. We cannot provide skilled needs like feeding tubes, IV etc. Yes, we currently have a waitlist, but each family has a timeline or preference.For pricing & availability call (866) 204-9238
