Financial Information

Currently, Big Bird Greenwood operates on a private pay basis. We have applied for the Medicaid waiver but are awaiting approval from the state.

Pet Policy

We welcome pets in our community! A one-time fee is required for residents who wish to bring their furry friends.

Transportation Services

Our community provides transportation services for various needs, including doctor's appointments and shopping trips. We ensure availability with sufficient notice and have dedicated drivers for our residents' convenience.

Dining Experience

Enjoy restaurant-style dining with meals made from scratch in our kitchen. Our dining services are designed to offer a delightful culinary experience for our residents.

Our Staff

Our team comprises certified CNAs, LPNs, and QMAs, ensuring professional and compassionate care around the clock. We are committed to having an LPN on each shift, supported by our Health Wellness Director and the Executive Director, both of whom are licensed nurses.

Safety and Security

Residents' safety is our top priority. We offer personal pendants and have pull cords in each apartment for emergencies. Our building, including the memory care unit, is secured. For residents at risk of wandering, we provide wander guards for additional safety.

We maintain open lines of communication with families through our website, email updates, and a blog. Our goal is to keep families informed about their loved ones and any significant updates within our community.
