Overview on the Types of Professionals on Staff and Their Training

Our staff comprises Licensed Nurses, Certified Med Techs, and Certified Nursing Aides. We also have social workers, housekeepers, maintenance staff, and an Activities staff. Our Therapy and Dietary Departments are operated through contracted companies.

Measures to Ensure Safety and Well-being

Our front doors are locked after 8 pm each evening. Rounds are completed every two hours. We have an emergency plan in place for use in emergencies.

Resources and Support Services for Transition into the Community

We do not offer outreach services prior to admission. However, once admitted, we contract with a company that can provide some counseling support.

Transportation Services

We do not have transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

We offer three meals a day and an a la carte menu for residents who wish to have something different from the planned meal. Meals are served in dining areas or resident rooms.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

We have a grievance form that can be filled out, directing concerns to the specific department involved. Residents can also speak to a supervisor or the Administrator.

We can speak to any family member listed on the Consent Form completed prior to moving in. Typically, we will only contact the emergency contact for particular situations.

Care Plans are scheduled quarterly to keep families updated.

We do accommodate respite stays if a bed is available. Respite stays are limited to 7-30 days, with costs varying based on the type of room. These stays need to be paid upfront.

Pets can visit, but proof of vaccinations must be shown.

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
