Safety and Well-Being of Residents
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have constant care planning, which involves regular assessments and personalized care plans. Our facility also features a Fitness Center with a Pool to promote physical fitness and overall health.
Resources and Support for Community Transition
We offer various resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community. This includes professional counselors and Transition Planners who work closely with residents to ensure a smooth and supportive transition.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services for residents at an additional cost.
Dining Experience
Our Assisted Living residents enjoy restaurant-style dining. For Independent Living, we are in the final stages of developing meal plans and have an on-site restaurant. Currently, Independent Living residents can dine in any dining room and have the cost billed to them.
Handling Complaints and Issues
When a resident has a complaint or an issue, they can address it through our established process, which ensures prompt attention and resolution by our staff.
Communication with Families
For Assisted Living residents, the primary contact (usually the POA) is updated with any changes or important information. We keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being through care conferences.
Short-Term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays at the cost of $240.00 per day in Assisted Living.
Pet Policy
Our community is pet-friendly in certain living areas, and pets are always welcome to visit.
Waitlist Status
The availability of units depends on demand, so we may have a waitlist for certain types of living arrangements.
Vaccinations
Residents are able to receive COVID-19 and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Residents are able to age in place to the best of our ability until they require a higher level of care.
