• Short term residency (respite): $215 PER DAY

Service Plans (Levels of Care)

Benton House develops an individual service plan for each resident based on two simple levels of care. In this way, residents and families can plan for now and the future. See a community representative to discuss your specific needs.

• Level 1: $35 per day
• Level 2: $70 per day

All Inclusive Rates

Assisted Living

• Studio: $180 PER DAY
• Studio Deluxe: $185 PER DAY
• 1 Bedroom: $191 PER DAY
• 1 Bedroom Deluxe: $225 PER DAY

Memory Care

• Companion: $192 PER DAY
• Private: $238 PER DAY

These are all inclusive rates meaning that the level of care is included in that daily rate. The resident would be "grandfathered" into that daily rate.

We currently have a one-bedroom unit available in Alabama and two units available in memory care.
