Overview of Our Staff and Training
Our nursing team includes our Director of Nursing (DON), Todd, an RN, and our LPN, Megan. We also have 12 Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and 3 Resident Assistants (RAs). All staff undergo training with senior living education modules from SumTotal, in addition to state-required education. Our management team comprises Tanya, our Executive Director; Kathy, our Resident Services Director; Todd, our DON; Mark, our Culinary Services Director; Lonnie, our Wellness Coordinator; Lige, our Environmental Services Director; and Eric, our Marketing/Sales Manager. We also employ kitchen staff, housekeepers, and front-desk receptionists.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
Our DON, Todd, conducts initial and regular nursing assessments for each resident. CNAs and RAs are trained to monitor and document safety issues, with all staff responsible for reporting concerns. Kathy, our Resident Services Director, oversees residents' well-being, with safety checks available upon request.
Transition Support Services
We offer escort services for new residents to ease their transition, and our Wellness Director, Lonnie, engages with them to encourage participation in social activities. Our community is active and social, with current residents welcoming newcomers.
Transportation Services
Transportation is provided for activities and outings, with personal transportation recommendations to Metro Mobility.
Dining Experience
Our restaurant-style dining room serves three meals a day, with food prepared from scratch by our Director of Culinary Services, Mark. Residents have input on meal selections through monthly meetings.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can report complaints to any staff member or directly to Kathy, our Resident Services Director, for management resolution.
Cost of Living
Base rent includes meals, housekeeping, laundry, utilities (except cable and landline), an emergency pendant, and access to activities. Nursing services are based on the level of care provided.
Communication with Residents' Families
Care conferences are scheduled for safety concerns or complaints, involving our DON, Todd, and Kathy, our Resident Services Director, who also maintain ongoing communication with families.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer respite stays starting at $275/night, with advanced care options available for residents on hospice.
Pet Policy
Small pets are allowed with a one-time non-refundable fee of $700, with residents responsible for their care.
Availability and Waitlist

Aging in Place

Wellness and Activities
Our Wellness Director, Lonnie, offers a variety of optional activities, including exercise, BINGO, shopping trips, off-site events, and spiritual programs. Family and friends are welcome to participate.
Our Commitment to Resident Independence
Our full-time RN, Todd Anderson, and our 24/7 CNAs are dedicated to maintaining residents' independence and safety, with daily "I'm OK" checks and a personal investment in each resident's well-being.
