Benchmark Senior Living at Split Rock is a community dedicated to providing top-notch care and comfort for its residents. Our facility is not a skilled nursing center but offers comprehensive assisted living services and specialized memory care for those in need.

Assisted Living and Memory Care Services

Our community is designed to support those who require assistance with daily activities as well as individuals facing memory-related challenges. While we do not have nurses available 24/7, our on-call staff includes LPNs, RNs, med techs, and CNAs to ensure the well-being of all residents.

Accommodations and Availability

Benchmark Senior Living at Split Rock boasts 96 apartments for assisted living residents and a more intimate setting of 26 apartments specifically for memory care. Currently, there is no waitlist for the assisted living section, though availability in our memory care unit may be limited due to its smaller size.

Pet-Friendly Environment

We understand the importance of companionship, which is why our community welcomes small pets. Residents can bring their small dogs or cats to live with them, ensuring a homely atmosphere.

Transportation Services

For convenience and to promote independence, we offer shuttle services including a medical van. This service is designed to assist residents with their medical appointments and shopping needs, ensuring they have access to everything they require without the stress of transportation.

Staff and Safety

Our dedicated team of professionals includes med techs, CNAs, nurse LPNs, and RNs. For safety, residents on the assisted living side are provided with pendants to ensure they can easily call for assistance whenever needed.
