We have a diverse team comprising Nurses, Med techs, CNAs, dining, housekeeping, and management staff. All members are trained in Memory Care, with ongoing training throughout the year to ensure the highest level of care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We conduct regular checks on residents throughout the day and offer various levels of care. While we have many independent residents, our comprehensive program ensures everyone's safety and well-being.

Transitioning into the Community

New residents have a pre-move-in meeting with our team and are assigned a CNA to help them settle in. We facilitate dining companionships with like-minded residents and host a new resident social every month to foster community integration.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation for doctor appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, banking and shopping on Fridays, and organize outings throughout the week.

Dining Experience

Our restaurant-style dining offers a full menu and daily specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dining is available from 8:30am to 6pm, with a variety of hot options, salads, sandwiches, and breakfast items all day.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can meet with the relevant department head to resolve any issues, facilitated by our pre-move-in meeting process.

Cost of Living

The cost varies depending on whether the resident is in Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care. Specific details can be provided upon request.

Communication with Residents' Families

We adhere to HIPAA regulations and require written consent to communicate with family members, tailored to the resident's preferences and their level of care.

Benchmark at Hanover: A New Assisted Living Community

Benchmark at Hanover is an brand new Assisted Living Community that provides a warm and welcoming environment for seniors who want to maintain their independence, while having help available whenever it’s needed. Seniors enjoy the comforts of their own apartments with a safe and active lifestyle with a wide array of engaging daily activities tailored to their cognitive and physical capabilities.

For our residents who do require assistance, we provide a very comprehensive level of care by adding services while the resident remains in their own apartment. As care needs increase, additional services can be added. This layered service structure allows our residents to age in place, and greatly reduces their need to move into a skilled nursing facility.

Our Services and Amenities

We are an Independent/Assisted/Memory Care Living Community complete with its own full calendar of activities specifically structured to stimulate and engage residents with varying levels of mobility and ability. Our community’s high level of service includes the utilization of a mechanical lift, pureed food, and crushed medications when ordered by a physician. All of these services are crucial in providing care to residents in house until the end of life.
