Overview of Professionals and Training
Our community is staffed with a diverse range of professionals including RN’s, LPN’s, QMA’s, CNA’s, Certified Activity Director and Assistant, Chef, Cooks, Dietary Aides, Environmental Services Director with Maintenance Assistants and Housekeepers, Administrative Assistant, Move-In Coordinator, Marketing Director, Business Office Manager, and Licensed Residential Care Administrator. All staff undergo required state-regulated annual training, including Dementia training, and participate in monthly staff meetings for ongoing education on various topics.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our community is equipped with cameras in all common areas and around all entrances/exits. Doors are locked with the exception of the main entrance, which locks at 8pm and reopens at 6am daily. We also have a nurse call system in place and conduct scheduled safety checks of all residents.
Transition Support Services
Support services to aid residents' transition into the community are available depending on the individual needs of each applicant.

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents.
Dining Experience
Our community offers a restaurant-style dining experience three times per day, with snacks available between meals. A daily special is prepared fresh by our chef and cooks, alongside an always available menu for alternative options.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Our grievance policy involves residents completing grievance forms to be addressed by the Executive Director. Residents and family members can also directly approach the Executive Director or other leadership members with concerns.
Cost of Living
We are a low-income community, with costs determined after an application is completed along with required supporting documentation under the Tax Credit Guidelines.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication with residents' families is maintained through Care Merge for email blasts, letters, our monthly newsletter, and community flyers.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Generally, we do not offer short-term or respite stays, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Residents are able to age in place, provided their needs do not surpass the regulated level of care we can provide. We utilize 3rd party vendors like home care and hospice to support residents in aging in place.
