Cost of Living

The cost of living varies based on the level of care required, starting at $3950 for Independent Living (IL) and increasing for Assisted Living (AL), Circle of Friends, or Memory Care. Pricing is determined based on individual needs.

Communication Policy with Families

Nurses handle clinical questions, and caregivers assist residents with daily care. For specific family issues, the Admin team addresses concerns based on individual needs.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays, requiring a 30-day minimum stay, at a cost of $250 per day.

Pet-friendly Community

Yes, our community is pet-friendly, allowing pets up to 25 lbs, such as dogs and cats.

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations, with yearly clinics set up for both staff and residents.
