The community has a dedicated team of nurses on-site 24/7, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Additional staff includes overnight concierge, valets, and managers on duty, even on weekends.

Belmont Village prioritizes resident safety with ADA accessible units, a wander guard system, secured memory care, a sheltered care license for higher levels of assistance, fall prevention cameras, and emergency pendants and floor mats.

Resident Concerns and Communication

Residents can voice complaints directly to any manager on site, including the executive director, director of nursing, or director of memory care. The management team is accessible and responsive to resident needs.

Family Communication

The community maintains open communication with resident families for emergencies and care meetings. Families have access to managers' cell numbers and emails for direct communication. Additionally, an app called Spectrio is used to provide information on daily activities and menus.
