Overview of Professionals and Training

We have RN’s who require ongoing training, PALS (personal assistant liaison) go through dementia training and are completely staffed by us - they are not outside caregivers.

Safety and Well-being Measures

In our COF and MC neighborhoods, we have SafelyYou, a camera support system in apartments that will notify our entire team if a fall is indicated - we respond immediately. Each apartment has a call system if someone needs care.

Resources and Support for New Residents

Yes - a profile of each new resident goes out to staff and residents so that we can all welcome the new resident. The care team will increase check-ins for the first 3 days of new residents' stay to help them integrate into the community. Our Life Enrichment team will engage with the resident to ensure they are aware and are invited to each event. We also have a welcome committee of residents.

Transportation Services

Yes - we have transportation to and from a variety of events and places, including 2x weekly transportation to doctor appointments within 10 miles of Belmont.

Dining Experience

We have a spacious dining room on our 12th floor that has a full menu. We have several specials for each meal that are displayed for residents to see and choose from. If a resident comes for a meal at a time that is not a designated seating time, they can go to our bistro where we serve things such as soup, salads, sandwiches, and paninis throughout the day. The bistro also has juices, coffees, and a bar where residents can purchase a variety of cocktails.

Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues

Issues can go to a number of our staff, but daily issues can be brought to our concierge who will disseminate to the proper team, whether that be maintenance, nursing, or our executive director.

Communication with Residents' Families

We communicate in many ways - one of those is our “Share” app - families can view daily schedules, activities, menus, and send messages to team members.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite is a 30-90 day stay with a daily rate. IL/AL/COF and MC availability. Pricing ranges from $240-$360/day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Absolutely - pets must be up to date with shots.
