Our Commitment to Resident Care and Safety

We have Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) on staff 24 hours a day. Our Director of Nursing is a Registered Nurse, with caregiving staff also available around the clock. All staff members undergo extensive training and onboarding, including annual dementia training, to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Safety Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, all exterior doors are secured at 8pm. Nurses are on site 24 hours a day, and a front desk concierge monitors the front entrance.

Support Services for New Residents

We offer a range of services to aid residents' transition into the community, from move management resources to estate planning connections. We also encourage new residents to connect with existing tenants to foster community relationships.

Yes, we offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining is restaurant-style, offering a full menu with approximately 24 options that can be customized. We also feature daily specials for lunch and dinner, with no assigned seating and a hostess available to assist residents.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents are encouraged to bring any grievances to our Executive Director for immediate resolution. If necessary, residents can also contact our corporate office, with information provided upon move-in.

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication preferences with residents' families are established prior to move-in. Updates about residents' well-being are provided via email, phone call, or text, based on the family's preferred method of communication.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, subject to availability, with a 30-day minimum starting at $325 a day.

Pet-Friendly Community

YES, we are a pet-friendly community.

Vaccination Clinics

We host annual flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics for residents.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place, starting in their own apartment and adding on services as needed. We support residents through end of life, ensuring they can stay in their chosen home.

Introducing Circle of Friends

We also have a mid-stage memory care program called Circle of Friends that may be of interest to you. Circle of Friends provides the structure, stimulation and support that you would find in a secured memory care, but in Assisted Living. It allows for those who are higher functioning or in the early stages of their diagnosis, to maintain their independence while being provided the support and oversight necessary.
