• One bedroom: $7,180/month
• Two-bedroom: $13,600/month

Assisted Living Pricing

Current starting prices for Assisted Living are:

• Studio: $7,440/month
• One bedroom: $10,230/month

Included in the above rate are:

• 3 delicious chef-prepared meals daily
• Snacks served between meals
• Daily social and educational activities
• Personal laundry one day per week
• Weekly housekeeping
• Basic cable and Wi-Fi
• Licensed Nurses on-site 24 hours a day, regularly monitoring residents' wellness

Care is not included in this rate; however, we can provide the supplement care rates, if needed.

Memory Support Stages

Circle of Friends (COF)

Addresses the needs of residents with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and focuses on Whole Brain Fitness. Current pricing in Assisted Living with COF programming 7 days a week:

• Studio: $10,770/month
• One bedroom: $13,470/month

The Neighborhood Program

For residents with Alzheimer’s and other types of Dementia, we offer the Neighborhood – a secured residential setting within our community. Current pricing in Memory Care:

• Starting at $12,060/month

Both programs include:

• Engaging and therapeutic programming 7 days a week
• 3 delicious chef-prepared meals daily
• Snacks served between meals
• Daily social and educational activities
• Personal laundry one day per week
• Weekly housekeeping
• Basic cable and Wi-Fi
• Medication management
• Dressing and grooming assistance
• Standby or hands-on showering assistance
• Toileting reminders and assistance
• Licensed Nurses on-site 24 hours a day, regularly monitoring residents' wellness

Overview of Professional Staff and Training

All of our employees go through training before working on the floor with residents. We have caregivers and LVNs around the clock and other support staff for our residents.

We have care plans in place for our residents to make sure their individual care needs are being met.

Transition Support Services

Our team will meet with you upon move in to talk through your desired interest in acclimation and how we can best support that.

Transportation Services

Yes, we have scheduled transportation for our residents.

We offer restaurant style dining with 3 daily specials, in addition to about 25 other options.

Resident Complaints and Issues

We have standing resident council meetings where residents are free to express concerns or global issues. Our resident will also request a meeting with our Executive Director or the long term care ombudsman.

Our independent living starts at $7180, Assisted Living at $7440 and Memory Support at $10,230.

Communication with Residents' Families

We talk with families and resident about their preferred communication prior to their move and established the best way to communicate.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do offer a 30 days respite stay at $500 per/day.
