All of our employees go through training before working on the floor with residents. We have caregivers and LVNs around the clock and other support staff for our residents.

Resident Complaints and Issues

We have standing resident council meetings where residents are free to express concerns or global issues. Our resident will also request a meeting with our Executive Director or the long term care ombudsman.

Cost of Living

Our independent living starts at $7180, Assisted Living at $7440 and Memory Support at $10,230.

Communication with Residents' Families

We talk with families and resident about their preferred communication prior to their move and established the best way to communicate.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do offer a 30 days respite stay at $500 per/day.
