We have a diverse team of professionals at our facility, including an LVN, Caregivers, Medication Technicians, Executive Director, and Department managers to assist in each department. Our staff undergoes training to ensure they are well-equipped to provide our residents with the highest level of care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

The safety and well-being of our residents are paramount. We have comprehensive measures, including security cameras, a call light system, and emergency response plans.

Transition Support

We offer support services to aid residents in their transition into our community. This includes a welcoming committee, well-checks upon move-in, orientation programs, and personalized care plans.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services for residents, providing convenient access to medical appointments, shopping, and planned excursions.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is tailored to individual dietary needs, with a variety of menu options. We offer a pleasant dining environment with a restaurant-style dining experience. We have a dietitian-planned menu.

Complaint Resolution Process

If a resident has a complaint or issue, we have a structured process for prompt resolution. Our staff is dedicated to addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, we offer town hall meetings and a monthly resident council meeting.

Communication with Families

We maintain open and transparent communication with residents' families. Regular updates are provided to families, and families are called and updated with any change of condition and scheduled care planning conferences.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays upon the availability of units. The cost varies based on duration and level of care required. I can provide a more detailed estimate upon further discussion. The rate starts at 200.00 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Indeed, we are a pet-friendly community. We understand the importance of companionship and welcome small pets.

Vaccination Services

We do not provide COVID-19 vaccinations within the community. However, We are located near local clinics and coordinate services to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Aging in Place

Our community supports the concept of aging in place, allowing residents to receive the necessary care and services as their needs evolve. We offer Assisted Living, Memory Care, Hospice services, and Independent Living, which will be coming soon in 2024.
